Albertina Loves: White

So happy to be here at The Peak of Tres Chic again. This is Albertina from Mimosa Lane back again for our fourth installment of the "We Love" series where Sam and I swap posts for the day.  Today Sam and I are focusing on WHITE for you and your home-  It's chic, elegant, and fresh.  Good thing we can now wear white year-round and not just between Memorial and Labor Day.

I'm usually a color person.  I have purple, blue, and yellow walls (among many other colors!) but nothing beats a calm and elegant white room.  The living room above is so simple and beautiful, making one focus more on the lines of every piece.  The coffee table and sofas are key.  I love the white art (perfect DIY! Just frame a canvas!).  Add some simple pillows and you have the perfect white room.

This white outfit reminds me of Gwyneth Paltrow's red carpet Tom Ford cape dress as a casual interpretation.  White on white with more white.  The jacket really pulls it all together.
