I'm sure many of you are familiar with the work of interior designer Katie Ridder. Katie established her firm in 1995, after working for both Home and Garden and House Beautiful magazines. She is often named a yearly top designer by the best shelter mags, and has designed homes all over the country. I love her spaces because they often feel sentimental and collected- as if many of the pieces were found in far away places, in little street markets, or were handed down through generations. There's also often a boho flair to them, with whimsical textiles and pattern:
Katie has a line of playful wallpapers and fabrics that match her signature bohemian style. My favorite is the Leaf pattern- I've been dying to use it in a project!
Quite stunning, no? If you want to see more of Kate Ridder's work, you can purchase her lovely coffee table book, Rooms:
