Love It or Leave It: Turban Headbands

As you all are well aware of by now,  I'm more than ready for our honeymoon in a few weeks (and I guess the wedding part, too).  I've even begun packing my suitcase, which is a stretch for a procrastinator like myself.  Since we will be in St. Barths for yacht week, the people watching is sure to be amazing, and I want to be sure and pack a few chic outfit options.  You know... in case we are invited on to Jay Z's yacht or something...! I've always loved the turban look as a poolside accessory, but don't think I could pull it off.  A fun alternative; however, is the turban headband:

Chic, no?!  I really love the ones Missoni makes, but not sure if I can splurge $100 on a hair accessory.  But, in May, I am going to Palm Springs to help Lindsay celebrate her 30th birthday, and a Missoni turban would be fun to wear then, too!

What do you think?  Are you over this trend, or do you love it as much as me?

Here are a few more of my favorite turban headbands...

  2. I'm the same way, I love the look, but I tend to look really silly in hair accessories. Although, after reading this post, I may be brave and try it out with a cheaper turban before I splurge.

  4. I love the look but I'm a bit fearful of wearing them. I think I need a tutorial on how to stylishly wear one so I don't look like a fortune teller. great picks!

  7. LOVE it!! But with shorter hair (above the shoulders), I'm a little unsure of how it would look.
