Color Crush: Bubblegum Pink

Happy June!!  How is it already Monday again? Memorial Day Weekend really threw me off. ... I feel like today rolled around a lot faster than expected.  I spent a lot of time lounging around this weekend, looking for fresh design inspiration on Pinterest, and noticed that I kept seeing shades of pink used in unexpected ways.  For instance, I love that the Moda Operandi office features a soft shade of bubblegum pink on the walls:

And the crushed pink velvet sofa adds an unexpected pop of color in this interior by Kelly Wearstler:

And how retro-chic is this bubblegum pink tile, outlined with a strip of black? I also love the swing-arm sconce used as a light fixture.
