Friday's Worthy Links

TGIF!  This week came and went like a flash and I feel like it was just Sunday.  I had a consuming week of work and play, which always makes my days fly by.   Any big weekend plans?  I'm planning to see this movie on Sunday after being consumed by the book. It wasn't QUITE as good as Gone Girl, but was definitely one that kept my attention.

Before signing off for the weekend, here are a few things I think you'd like:

-My work crew at Carrier & Co planned a Soul Cycle ride together, and it reminded me of one of my favorite workout video spoofs ever.

-Speaking of spoofs, SNL is BACK and the cold opening last week did not disappoint.

-How to travel like you're in a Wes Anderson movie.

-25 Stunning Home Libraries that are a Book Lover's Dream - including Houston decorator J Randall Powers's home library shown above.

-Social Menopause:  Have you gone through the change yet?  I'm with you, Amelia.

-The tassel earring trend continues, and I may have found my favorite pair yet.

-I was late to the Mad Men train by, I don't know........ 6 years?!  However, I'm currently binge watching the first season and I can't believe it's taken me this long because the show is E-P-I-C.  Here are a few behind-the-scenes photos from Rolling Stone.

-7 Life-Changing Essays you need to read now.

-A fun twist on the typical ruffle top.

Enjoy your weekend!

XOXO,

Sam
