This time of year I like a little flair and fun in my outfit. Pleated midi skirts (especially in a fun metallic hue) are all the rage and I feel like they are so surprisingly versatile. Due to their fit and flare shape, a billowy top or sweater can pair nicely with a midi. They also look cute with heeled boots underneath:
